Smile more, Laugh more, Sophomore

Well Everyone! Today was my first official day of 10th grade! Geeze time seems to be flying by! It seems like just yesterday I was a little kid who didn't have to worry about chemistry homework! I guess this is all a part of growing up! O-well... I suppose we all have to do it some time or another!

My first day was normal! Besides screaming a little each time I saw one of my friends, it was like summer never happened! We all just snapped into our regular routine. The only problem I had today was at 2 o' clock! Right after Concert Choir {otherwise know as High School Choir}. I was told I had theory at 2 o’clock, and after walking down all the halls and back about 4 times, and asking every hall monitor I saw where the theory room was I decided to go to the office and see what was up! Because for some reason everyone I asked said to go to room 116 and there was a math class going on in there so I knew it was not the right place! Turns out I have study hall on Tuesday! Theory is only on Fridays! Boy do I wish I would have know that before I spent 30 minutes traipsing down all the halls, asking all the hall monitors where theory was, and freaking out about being extremely tardy on my first day of class! Safe to say I won't make that mistake again!
{Funny fact... did you know that sophomore actually means Wise Fool? I guess that means I’m a wise fool! But I don't really feel any wiser or any more foolish since I became I sophomore! O well...}

After I got home from YMV {Young Musicians of Virginia} my brother, dad, and I went to the NEX on base to get my brother some shoes and some other stuff! While in the men’s dept. looking for shirts for my brother, I noticed all these really nice leather belts on sale! Tyler said he didn't like them but I thought they were so cool. So just for fun I tried on the smallest size I could find, and it actually fit and looked awesome! So {and I can't believe I’m actually saying this but} I bought a men’s belt! It was only like $5 bucks so my dad said I could get it! Seriously though it’s not like anyone is going to know it’s from the men’s dept.! It’s so cool and it has this painted looking kind of design on it! I will have to post a picture later! Anyway I just thought yall should know I’m very proud of my men’s belt! Ha-ha yeah ok... well bye for now!

P.S does anyone know anything about typewriters? My 94 yr old neighbor just died and she left me her typewriter. {its an Olympia international made in Germany and my mom thinks it may be from the 1970's! will post pictures soon!}I would love to learn how to use it but I need to figure out how to change the ribbon first and get it cleaned up but I don't want to break it! Also can you please pray for my neighbor! I'm not sure where here faith was, but I’m praying it was with Jesus!
