A Girl Should Be Two Things

Both an innovator and icon, Gabrielle Bonheur "Coco" Chanel is one of the most influential fashion designers in history. Known for the little black dress and Chanel No. 5 perfume, she's a celebrated style icon in the fashion community and the world.

Gabrielle Chanel  was born on the 19th of August, 1883 and died on the 10th of January, 1971. She was a pioneering French fashion designer whose  menswear-inspired fashions, and pursuit of expensive simplicity made her an important figure in 20th-century fashion world. She was the founder of one of the most famous and inspiring fashion brands, named Chanel. Her extraordinary influence on fashion was such that she was the only person in the couturier field to be named on Time 100: The Most Important People of the Century.
